  Jane Vitale is the most incompetent real estate agent I've met. She quickly replied to my email to set up a viewing for an apartment in White Plains, I made it very clear to her that I needed the apartment for the first of the month, I submitted all the paperwork and paid an application fee of $375 the next day. Nevertheless, I didn't hear from her for nearly 2 weeks, when she finally called back she asked me If I still wanted the apartment, having no other options I said yes only days away from moving day.
  
  The same day I receive a call from her saying I did not get approved for the lease. All in all, she did an awful job and I still have not found an apartment. If you want to find an apartment run for the hills and look elsewhere.
